We pride ourselves in not having more than a handful of returns or refunds issued every year since we started in 2012. Always feel free to contact us with any questions, we're here to answer any questions you may have so you can confidently place your order with us!
Broadway Suspension Coilovers:
All Broadway Suspension applications with recommended spring rate packages can be returned before shipment for a full refund. If the set has been completed and shipped, the customer has seven (7) days upon receipt to request a refund for the unused, uninstalled sets. If a request for a refund is made after seven days of receipt, your set will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Broadway Suspension will not be responsible for shipping the products back for a refund.
A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all custom sets(*) of 500S, Version II or Pneumatic applications once they have shipped.
All sets sent in for a refund MUST be uninstalled and in new condition.
What is considered a custom set(*) that will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee?
- If a recommended spring rate package was not selected, you have a set that will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- If you entered your own springs rates, you have a set that will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Broadway Suspension Upgrade Accessories & Replacement Parts: All parts and accessories in uninstalled and unused condition may be returned for a full refund until seven (7) days after receipt.
Springs: All Springs in uninstalled and unused condition may be returned for a full refund until seven (7) days after receipt. Springs purchased cannot be returned if they have been installed and are not in new condition. We are not responsible if you have selected the incorrect length, inner diameter or spring rate or compatibility with your coilovers. Broadway Suspension is not responsible for shipping the products back for a refund. Springs purchased from third parties are subject to being rejected for a refund if they (Swift, Hyperco, Eibach, etc.) find it fitting.
Laser Etching on Coilovers, Top Hats & Accessories: ALL sales are final on our individual customized sets, customized top hats and accessories. Please be very clear with all uploads, hi-res images preferred and always include special instructions for our team.
Our products are covered by a 5 year limited manufacturer’s (non-transferable) warranty. This limited warranty covers hard parts such as mounts, top hats, camber plates, and shock bodies for 5 years from the purchase date. It also covers consumable parts such as seals, shafts, fluids, pillow ball mounts, and leaking shocks 1 year from the purchase date. Parts and labor are covered; however, shipping is not covered.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Payment in full is required before we begin building any new sets.
Installation Payments available with SHOPPAY/AFFIRM.
Our coilover applications have a 3-4 week lead time, 5-7 weeks during busy seasons, holidays and sales. We hear you and are working on streamlining a bit more to lower our coilover lead times.
Most parts, accessories and springs are in stock and ship ASAP.
After completion standard delivery usually takes around 3-5 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
If your order hasn't arrived after one week of receiving the tracking number, please contact us and we will look into the details.
Products are being cut everyday to be stocked up on a regular basis. We have a schedule in which parts are completed on our CNC machines and will have most lead times on hand.
